I first came across Hypnotherapy many years ago back in London. I used it to stop smoking after failing many times to stop on my own. I would stop for a few days and then start again on the weekends. Having finally reached a point where I decided I needed help, I joined a group session and never looked back.
Then some years later I used Hypnobirthing to get over my fears of childbirth and had a wonderfully calm birth with my 3rd child. What a difference to my recovery it made.
After seeing firsthand just how easy it was to make such positive improvements to my life; I was a lifelong fan. I decided to study Hypnotherapy in order to share the love and help others. I love helping build self-esteem and confidence, by helping people take control of their lives using Hypnotherapy and NLP.
